Quote Spark was built on the principle that wisdom and inspiration should be free—both from financial barriers and from commercial surveillance. We do not track you, we do not profile your literary tastes, and we do not sell your personal activity to advertising brokers. Your reflections belong to you alone.

1. Zero Data Collection Policy

We do not collect, process, or aggregate any personal information. There are no registration forms, no mandatory account sign-ups, no tracking cookies, and no telemetry libraries running in the background. When you read, favorite, or browse quotes in Quote Spark, you remain completely anonymous.

Specifically, we never acquire:

• Your name, email address, or user accounts.
• Records of specific quotes you read, copy, or share.
• Device IDs, IP addresses, or network metadata.

2. Local-Only Database Architecture

Any data created or selected by you—such as your list of favorite quotes, custom folder organization, and personal notes—is saved exclusively inside your device's internal sandboxed database storage. We do not host cloud databases, meaning we cannot access, backup, or retrieve your favorite quotes for you.

To guarantee complete privacy, please be aware that deleting the app or selecting "Clear Storage" in your device settings will permanently erase your favorites list from the hardware. We recommend using standard OS-level backup solutions to secure your device configuration.

3. Offline-First Architecture

Because Quote Spark operates 100% offline, there is no real-time data transmission occurring between your device and external servers. This design eliminates the threat of man-in-the-middle attacks or accidental server leaks, providing absolute security for your reading habits.

4. Zero Operating System Permissions

Quote Spark operates without demanding special operating system permissions. We do not require access to your physical location, contacts, phone calls, camera, or shared media drives. The app simply requests a tiny fraction of device storage to host our built-in inspiration library.

5. Application Distributors & App Stores

While Quote Spark integrates no analytical hooks, the platforms where you download the app (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store) may collect general download metrics, platform crash reports, and transactional billing details in accordance with their respective privacy standards.

6. Children's Online Privacy Compliance

We are fully dedicated to protecting children's safety. In strict compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Quote Spark does not collect, retain, or solicit data from children under the age of 13, making the app entirely safe and compliant for users of all age ranges.

7. Global Privacy Regulations (GDPR & CCPA)

Whether you are protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar international privacy legislation, your right to absolute data ownership is respected. Because all of your information remains solely within your device's local database, you retain the ultimate power to view, modify, and delete your data at any time.
