1. Use of the App

Quote Spark is provided as a free tool for personal development. You may use it to find inspiration, save your favorite quotes, and share them with others. You may not use the app for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.

2. No Warranties

"As is" and "As available."

We provide Quote Spark without any formal warranties. While we strive to provide a perfect experience, we aren't liable for any glitches or if a specific quote doesn't instantly transform your life (though we hope it does!).

3. Data Stewardship

Since Quote Spark is 100% offline, your data is your responsibility. We don't back up your favorites to the cloud. If you lose your phone or delete the app, your saved sparks will be lost. We recommend sharing or writing down the ones that truly matter to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The app's code, design, and branding are the property of Quote Spark. You're free to share the quotes (many of which are in the public domain), but please don't redistribute the app itself as your own.
